I have a written Talent Strategy and I have someone who helps me execute on parts of my Talent Strategy (e.g. hiring and/or training) and I have written role descriptions for each key area of the business and I have created our Employer Brand Promise but not have not communicated it effectively and I am beginning to be more proactive in our Talent Strategy. We have some open positions but are also building our bench for the future.
We do not have a written Training Plan but we have a Training Director and we utilize a training system (e.g. Pathways) for ensuring every team member receives proper training for their role.
