The Culture Council consists of a group of Team Members whose goal is to speak into, enhance, and develop ways to have a positive influence on our culture at Chick-fil-A Forsyth [GA] through our Employee Promise.  This council is tasked with collecting information from other Team Members to help provide insight into decisions and projects being made by the leadership team, as well as to identify the most urgent opportunities within the business that could have the biggest impact on team culture when addressed.  Members of the Culture Council serve a 6 month term and can apply to serve additional terms if they desire.  Please click below to submit an idea to the Culture Council or to express interest in giving back to the business through joining the Culture Council.
