My family and I are excited about you joining the team and our Chick-fil-A family. It is my objective that you will find this restaurant to be more than just a restaurant and a job. You were selected from many applicants because we felt you are a person of integrity with a commitment to excellence and would make great contributions to our team effort in serving our community! This is no small task. The restaurant will be busy, the work will be fast paced and our guests expect our best all day, every day. Together, as a team, we can and will meet and exceed those expectations.We have the opportunity to put others first and truly serve the community around us with crave-able food and exceptional service that has become quite unique to Chick-fil-A. It is my expectation that we strive to be the brightest shining light at serving our guests and each other in order to revolutionize our community. This requires the best of each of us on this team every day. I hope that you will take pride in your restaurant, be a good steward of resources and have a positive influence on everyone you meet! Chick-fil-A is and should be a fun place to work.
Moreover, beyond the restaurant, it is my desire that you are served in a way that causes you to grow as a person. There is life outside of Chick-fil-A and I hope that the lessons learned through Chick-fil-A serve you in achieving your own personal hopes and dreams.
