Login to www.portal.cfahome.com
Go to Reports and Tools
Go to the "Customer Experience Monitor (CEM)" website
Click on the "Gears" and then the "Settings" page (See below for reference)
Click on the "Mobile App" link
Click "Get My Code"
This page will display the code that you will enter in your mobile device. It is temporary and will expire 10 minutes after it's created.
In the app on your mobile device, Click "Pair my device." Do not use a login or password, just the code from the website.
You have to re-pair every 90 or so days.
